Fourthwalling: I'd prefer to avoid this! But if you reeeeally want to contact me and I might be able to work something out.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I'll let you know if I'm bothered, but as long as stuff's IC I'm good with pretty much anything.

Hugging this character: Sure! She'll either be happy or annoyed depending on the character.
Kissing this character: Go for it, but she'll probably be surprised.
Flirting with this character: Definitely. She miiiight even flirt back depending on her moodand the character's appearance
Fighting with this character: Totally okay, but she'll definitely fight back.
Injuring this character: Sure! Minor injuries are A-OK, for anything that would cause serious harm please poke me first about it but I'll probably let you do it anyway.
Killing this character: Definitely contact me first on this one, but I'm open to the possibility!
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: I'd prefer that you contact me first, but I'm pretty okay with this. The manga provides some great little snippets of stuff that floats around in her head that I can give you if you need it. In general, on the surface she's very determined but also angry and a little lonely. If you dig deeper--which she'll definitely fight against--you'll probably find images of her family, and repeated, nightmarish glimpses of a demon without horns.
Warnings: In canon, Satella "likes younger boys" in the sense that she's physically attracted to them. The main target of her affections, Chrono, is way older than her but generally looks like he's around 12. ...Yeeeeaaahhhh.
I don't feel like I can ignore this ICly but I've got two rules I'm going to go with for any boys she finds attractive:
1) I'm not having her flirt with anyone whose actual age is younger than around 15 or so.
2) Characters that look young but are much older (like Chrono) are fair game, however...
I'm not going to initiate flirting with EITHER of these types of characters without permission!
So please comment here if you have a younger character (or one that looks young) and let me know if you are/aren't comfortable with her flirting with them!
